HOA POLICIES AND GUIDELINES ADOPTED
In accordance with the Texas Property Code, the HOA Board of Directors adopted a number of guidelines and policies to keep Brightwater in line with state-mandated legislation
regarding homeowner associations.
The documents below detail each of the items which were approved and recorded with the Clerk of Court.
